Our accommodation is located in a Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL). Even though the restriction is not always active, we kindly suggest avoiding access to the Marina district where we are located, to make your arrival easier.

The closest parking area is just 150 meters away, on Largo Carlo Felice, with paid street parking available from 9:00 to 13:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00.

Alternatively, you can park at the train station car park or at the port parking area. Both are paid options and are about a pleasant 5-minute walk (approximately 500 meters) from our property.

The guesthouse door code

First, press the * symbol. Once the keypad lights up, enter the following code:

We are in the first floor.

Once inside the guesthouse, please walk towards the mirror and then turn left.
Your room is the door marked with the blue symbol.

You will find your keys in the door of your room. There are two keys: one for the room and one for the main street entrance door (to be used in case of a power outage).

You will also find a blue key fob, which allows you to open the guesthouse entrance door both from the inside and from the outside. Simply place the key fob on the reader and the door will open.

PLEASE MAKE SURE TO PULL THE ENTRANCE DOOR FIRMLY SO THAT IT CLOSES AUTOMATICALLY.

In the common area, guests will find complimentary coffee and tea, as well as a few bottles of water in the fridge.

Beach umbrellas and a few cooler bags are also available for guests to use in the common area.
